Awarded the Houzz “Best of Customer Service” by Community of Over 40 Million Monthly Houzz Users
March, 2019 – DM Outdoor Living of Illinois has won “Best of Customer Service” on Houzz®, the leading platform for home renovation, outdoor patio and deck design. DM Outdoor Living originally started their business as a deck contractor under the company name of D and M Custom Decks. Within a short period of time, we added installing and creative custom paver patios to our fast growing resume of expertise and was chosen by the more than 40 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than 2.1 million active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.
The Best Of Houzz badge is awarded annually, in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular are recognized with the Photography award.

We had D&M complete three projects for us this summer – replacing our deck, a back porch and our front metal railings. At each step of the way, Dino added suggestions that made the projects better including a creative solution that gave us significantly more usable space on our deck.
